Development of server side software, where the primary focus is on how websites works(functionality). This is done by writing code that communicates with things like database through browsers.
Besides being able to write code, I write and research on technical articles. These includes basic understandings or introductions to certain tech stacks, or platforms. You can check out some of the articles I have written on Medium
I am a developer who writes code to solve digital problems.
I am self taught developer from Nairobi, Kenya with a little over an year of experience as a junior developer. I have worked on some websites that showcase the skills I have. Prior to this role, I was a transcriptionist(listening to audios and translating into text) and this helped me learn how to write proper articles and increased my speed in typing.
Not long ago I was given the opportunity to work at an agritech and my role then was to write a platform that allows teams to send messages to others in bulk. The experience was fulfilling as I learned how to use open source sites and Application Programming Inteface(API).
